Collection: Sambalpuri Saree

A Sambalpuri sari (locally known as sadhi or saree) is a traditional handwoven sari in which the warp and weft are tie-dyed before weaving. It is made in the Odisha districts of Sambalpur, Balangir, Bargarh, Boudh, and Sonepur. Sambalpuri sarees are India's history, and these sarees, which used to have geometrical patterns and flora and fauna themes, now feature landscapes, wildlife, and religious issues as hand-painted themes on these handloom fabrics.
