- How do you see Bluelili.in and where is it located?
A registered privately owned company, Bluelili.in is an Indian company and has its presence via an online store. Bluelili.in is an endeavor to empower and revive the weaving industry of India and enable living with traditions. Sarees, because these nine yards have the imprints of the regions they belong and evolve as the flag bearer of the traditions.

- Are Bluelili.in products available internationally?
Yes, you can send products online to your loved ones on their special occasions as a gift irrespective of where they live.
- Do you also sell gift vouchers?
Yes, you can buy gift vouchers for your loved ones and indulge them in saree online shopping on Bluelili.in. The difference in the amount of their purchase needs to be paid.
- Are Bluelili.in and products available internationally?
Yes, we offers online sarees and handloom sarees through our Bluelili.in website to all over the world including Canada, Denmark, England, France, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, China, Italy, K Mauritius, UAE, Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Northern Ireland, Germany, U.K, and the U.S.
- Do you manufacture your products?
No, Bluelili.in doesn’t own a manufacturing unit. We source our products directly from the artists and weavers, mostly from the villages to promote the art and help them avail a sustainable source of income. We bring you regional specialties on an international platform.
- Are all sarees handmade?
Unless stated otherwise, yes! Bluelili.in encourages the work of local weavers and artists and ensures that handloom never goes out of style! We make sure that the handmade element, as well as the work, is maximized in every saree that is offered via us.
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world. However, if you can’t find your country on the menu, drop us an email at contact@bluelili.in to inquire.
- Can you ship my order on the same day?
We don’t offer this facility at this moment.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Just go to my account and scroll down for ‘my orders’ section. Here you can find the status of your order. You will also receive an email or SMS to notify you of your order being dispatched and reaching near you.
- What If an item is out of stock?
Our products are usually handcrafted and handloom, so, no products can be similar. However, if you have liked a product which is not in stock, just let us know and we will try our best to make that product available for you. You will be notified via email, phone call or SMS.
- Is it safe to use net banking, credit card and debit card at Bluelili.in
Our website is SSL encrypted and we don’t store any card-related information with us. We use third-party solution provider to make sure that your transactions are safe and secure.
- Is the signup necessary?
Not really as you can shop and proceed with your order as a guest shopper. However, if you want to avail shopping points and seasonal discounts offered by Bluelili.in, you need to create an account with us.
- What taxes do I need to pay for my orders?
Depending on domestic and international shipping, you need to pay GST and other taxes. There won’t be any unnecessary and additional charges but only the taxes that are as directed by the Government of India.
- When can I receive my order once it is placed?
We need at least 3 to 7 business working days if the product is available to us. If you have ordered a handloom saree which is available only on order, it can take about 15-day to source the product and dispatch it. In case of bulk orders, we can take even longer to process the order. However, you will be duly posted on the progress of your order with us, as soon as there is a change in the status of the order.
If the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or in case the item ordered is under production it may take us longer to process the order.
- How is my order shipped?
The order is shipped to your doorsteps and via premium logistics partners.
- I have ordered three items; will I get them in one order?
No, only the items in stock will be dispatched in one order.
- Can I use different shipping addresses for one order?
Currently, only one shipping address can be processed for a single order. You need to place another order for a different address.
- Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the postal codes. International shipping charges including custom duties, import duties and taxes will be levied and may also vary depending on the location.
- How can I track my order?
We will email you when your order is shipped. You can also email or call our customer care. Alternatively, the order can also be tracked on the orders page, in your account section.
- My package was undeliverable.
Be it international or domestic shipping, a delivery attempt will be made 3 times. If for any reason such as due to address, or failed delivery attempt or refused to entertain by a recipient, it will be returned to us and marked as an undelivered. .
- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we are accepting payments via UPI, net banking, debit cards and credit cards. Cash on Delivery is also accepted on select products. ,
- What currency will my order be billed in?
You can change the currency in the dashboard. Depending on which part of the world you are in, you can choose to be billed in the respective currency.
- How do I change my billing address?
Billing address can’t be changed post the order. If you want to change the billing address beforehand, go to my account section and use the edit option. In order to process your credit card, it should be same as your credit card’s billing address.

No, we don’t share your information with anyone. Please refer to our privacy policy here for more details.
- Can my order be cancelled or modified?
Once confirmed, your order is considered final. You can still inquire about your order at contact@bluelili.in
- What Is the return policy?
Returns are only eligible for select products. If the product is eligible for the returns, the request should be made within 7-day of order. Please note that shipping charges won’t be refunded.
- When will the refund be made?
all the refunds are notified by emails and SMS. You can check the refund on your next billing cycle of debit or credit card.
How do I exchange an item?
Since Bluelili.in deals mostly in handloom products and its most orders are customised, the exchange is only valid for select products. Kindly check with the customer care department and check the description thoroughly. Products on sale cannot be exchanged.
Can I have the product gift wrapped?
Yes, you can send us a request for the same along with the message you would intend to send to the recipient.
